Musei Capitolini Roma
Cadmus

Myth in short. Cadmus a brother of the Phoenician princess Europa, was sent by his father to find his sister. He went to Apollo's oracle in Delphi and followed their advice to follow a white cow. This brought him to a place where he founded the city of Thebe (Greece). Here he introduced the Phoenician alphabet (Hence the wax tablet and stylus). The Greek later modified the alphabet into their own.
