Cupido and Psyche by Rodin

The myth in short: Psyche's father bragged about his daughter and angered Venus, who sent her son Cupido to make her fall in love with a pig. Cupid astonished by her beauty wounded himself with an arrow and fell deeply in love with Psyche. She ended up in his palace where she was not allowed to see him. They made love in the dark. Her jealous sisters persuaded her to make light so she could see him. Everything went wrong but she ended up on the Olympos.
